Monthly Workshop – Borderline Personality, AKA Emotional Intensity Disorder

Many Peer Support ask about borderline personality. What is it? It is also sometimes referred to as emotional intensity disorder, because people with this diagnosis often have big emotions. Sometimes those big emotions come through as anger at the helper, which can lead us to be unsure what to do to best serve them. If we serve someone with borderline personality, how can we best build a relationship with them?
