Monthly Workshop – Supervision

We found at the Peer Support Summit that 45% of the supervisors in attendance were also Peer Support or Recovery Coaches themselves.  That means we are moving up in career building!  It also means we need to talk about how to best supervise a team of Peer Support Specialists.  How is supervising Peer Support different than supervising others?  If Peer Support want to move up the career ladder into a supervisory role, how can they best do that?  We will bring some ideas, and we hope you do as well, as this will be an open conversation.
