Join this support group to check in and hear what others are doing for their own self-care and wellness. This virtual group is facilitated by Laura Semprini, Nancy Teubel, Amy Ortiz.

Each month, we meet on 4 different weeks, with different weekdays and times:

• the 1st Wednesday of the month from 9:30 – 10:30am
• the following Monday from 12:30 – 1:30pm
• the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 9:30 – 10:30am
• the following Friday from 3:30 – 4:30pm
